This highly technological building is an embodiment of the modern and comfortable dwelling. It incorporates the elements of the modernist style in the decoration of the external walls, modern equipment and facilities for the inhabitants. Solemn, well-attended and attractive, this house guards the ancient silence of the street’s inhabitants.

A picturesque area situated close to the city center is known from 1840s. In 1883–1906 the family of M. Bulgakov, the author of the world-famous novels, used to live here. It’s very probable that it is this street that served a prototype for architectural images in his books.

The main and the most critical task during the construction of a new building on Kudryavska Street was not to affect the spirit of old times.
